Hi, I am Prateek Roy, and I have a strong passion for mathematics and problem solving. I am a member of the Minnesota All-State Math Team and had the opportunity to represent Minnesota at the National Science Olympiad, where I applied advanced math skills in competitive settings. I have also been a student in the University of Minnesota Talented Youth Mathematics Program (UMTYMP), where I have studied advanced topics beyond the standard curriculum.

Aarav Shah
Advanced Mathematics Tutor
My name is Aarav Shah, and I am a current 9th grader at Eagan High School. Math has been something I have done all my life, something I am very passionate about to this day. It all started when I was 5, a little kid starting his first day of KUMON, something I would stick with till 8th grade. KUMON taught me many things, not just about math, it taught me skills I apply to this day, such as responsibility and time management, a key part of life and math. Outside of KUMON, I participated in Saturday Morning Math for 2 years through MATHCEP at the University of Minnesota and UMTYMP, the University of Minnesota's talented youth math program, which I'm in my 3rd year of and currently in calc 1. I also participated in middle school math league for 3 years, and now I currently volunteer my time to help 4th graders prepare for their math masters competition. Overall, math has played a big role in my life, showing me that hard work does really pay off and that anyone can really do math.
